I have just completed a one month trip to Indonesia. This
was a trip that I had been planning for five years. I choose Putri Tour Travels as my local booking agent as after a search of local agents
and was assigned Novi as my contact. What luck that turned out to be.
Novi and I worked together for almost a year. I was planning to travel all over Indonesia and had many places I wanted to visit. I also needed local advice as to what other attractions were available. Novi was so helpful as we communicated back and forth about what to do where to go and how to get there as we put this trip together. Her command of English was perfect, I do not speak a word of Arabic, so communication was no problem.
When the trip came to pass everything worked perfectly, thanks to Novi. I was provided with contact email, guides showed up as planned the airline flights even went smoothly.
I have travelled quite extensively throughout the world and have never had a trip run as perfectly as this one did. Thanks to Novi.
I wanted to write this letter to not only recommend Novi but also to thank her for all her work. One of the trip highlights for me was being able to actually meet Novi.

This followed Bella & my trip with you to Ras al-Khaimah.I wanted to email you to thank you and your colleagues for all their work to make our trip very special. We had a wonderful time. Our guide, Tina, took special care of us and - in particular - of Bella (who is only 9 years old). The attached photo is of them in one of their many conversations.
I would recommend your services to those who were looking for a simple, fun adventure. The price is attractive, the service friendly and genuine, you and your team took care of us and always advised us well. I look forward to future trips and, in particular, am keen to look at Flores and the Sumatra trip that we originally discussed. When would you recommend as a good time of year for these trips?

We had a great trip. Everything was exactly as planned. We felt that Putri Tour Travels did a great job of arranging everything. All of our tours were run if a very safe and professional manner. Our tour guides and our boat crews were really helpful and the food was wonderful (almost too much food!).
We also appreciated being met at the airports and transported to our hotels.
We are happy that we went with Putri Tour Travels as we feel that we would not have seen as much of Indonesia if we had tried to plan activities on our own. This was great because we had only a short amount of time. We really enjoyed Indonesia and hope to make it back again. If we do, we will definitely be using Putri Tour Travels.
